Owner & Clinical Director, Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry
I provide confidential virtual medication management for adults and teens facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, PTSD, addiction, stress, and suicidal thoughts. With over 13 years of experience, I combine clinical expertise with genuine care, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you regain balance, confidence, and control over your life. I also offer expert witness consulting for mental health–related legal cases.
Jocelyn R. Bourque
COO & Practice Manager
I manage the practice and oversee all aspects of daily operations and long-term strategy. In my role, I ensure that patients across New York State receive compassionate, outcome-based care through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth services. By reducing barriers such as travel, time, and privacy concerns, I support our clinical team in delivering accessible and trusted mental health treatment. My responsibility is to maintain efficient systems, uphold compliance, and guide the practice toward continued growth and excellence.

I’m Jennifer, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing patient-centered care for adults 18 and older. I focus on wellness, illness prevention, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Licensed in New York and certified by AANP, I’m passionate about preventive care, health education, and supporting healthy lifestyles. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, traveling, and mentoring nursing students.
